Wound up ordering locally even though Granger would have been less expensive. With my work schedule, it's a challenge to get things done that require travel. Four on/four off nights and 12 to 13 hours most nights...I lose a lot of the first day off sleeping.

2dr with 3 pedals in Velocity Blue
Color-matching top
Leather-trim seats
Lux package
Block heater
Trailer tow pkg
Front stabilizer bar disconnect
Modular bumper
Brush guard
Tube doors
Front row soft-top

They had a dealer order that was set to go this week that they indicate mine will jump. Im hoping the email is corroboration of their claim.

I liked my limited experience with Granger, but the schedule issue made travel on short notice a challenge plus there is something to be said for buying local in a town of fewer than 10K people. They came down to a number close enough to Granger when airfar and hotel were factored in to make it make sense. If I had more time, I would have ordered through Granger...

Hi Michelle;

Congrats on your order. You stated "should be available by 1.16.2026" Do you really mean "Scheduled Week Of January 16, 2026"

It's a moot point now, but you don't have to travel to Granger in the future. Mine was delivered to my driveway in Florida from Granger. All paperwork done electronically. The cost of delivery was cheaper than travel expenses and the time out of my schedule.

Yep, as my fellow sand flinger @Beach_Bum said.
We did not have the time to drive to Iowa and back to pick up the Bronco.
Ordering from Grainger and having it delivered to my driveway was cheaper than buying from the local dealership shysters.
But nonetheless, enjoy your new Bronco!

Shoot, that's good to know when I'm eventually ready to add another vehicle.

Congrats. It makes sense for the dealer to jump your order ahead of one destined to sit on their lot since your vehicle will bring them a quick financial return whereas the other one will cost them money until someone comes along and buys it. And thanks for posting the info on your order and the timeline as it helps me weigh the choice of waiting for 2025 discounts vs ordering a 2026.

Yeah, I guess I read too much in the 'no courtesy delivery' and should have asked.

BUT...it this thing really shows in six weeks, that also eases the pain...

The jumping is something I don't know a 'big city' dealer would do...mine does a ton of truck business but is in a town of less than 10K people. And the nearest competing Ford dealer is 45 minutes away.

I used Road Runner Transport. Didn't pay for the enclosed carrier so other than killing every bug between Granger and Florida, there was no issues.

Michelle;

Are you expecting your Bronco to be built by Friday, January 16th 2026?

To be honest, I think that there might be some confusion here.

We received the same initial email from Ford. (See attached) Ours stated expected by Friday, December 12th 2025. Not sure what Ford meant by that date.

The next notice from Ford that you should receive will read something like this:

“The build date of your vehicle has been scheduled, and you will receive your Order ID and your VIN number.” In our case, our scheduled build date is January 19th 2026.

As an FYI, Tim Bartz from Long McArthur Ford presents weekly videos that discusses Fords production dates. Usually every Wednesday.

Go back to your dealer and ask them what is the priority code for your order. These are priority codes given to an order by the dealer. 03-19-Retail. 20-80-Stock. The lower the number, the better.

We ordered from Granger, really got tired of the shenanigans with some local dealers and constantly hearing "I have to check with my manager".
