Order sheet. What do these mean?

Sorry, I’ve searched the forum multiple times but I can’t seem to find an explanation. What are these letter/number combinations? I don’t have a VIN right? When does that get issued? I have order number and sales code with a priority # 17

Internal order codes, all really irrelevant. E5D is just a body code. Can’t make out anything else, or a vin. Most vins begin in 1FMDExxxxxxxxxx

The million dollar question. Some people get them 4 days after ordering (me), others have been waiting since July 2020 and still don’t have one. It all comes down to dealer allocation, commodities, your place in line, and how your order fits into the first two variables. Could be today, could be end of 2022. It’s a crap shoot, no one knows.

Lately, it seems like you get a VIN about 3 weeks before your build. So, usually you have to be scheduled. But, nothing is usual any more.
