Outerbanks Front Camera not working

My front camera is not working on my 2021 Bronco Outerbanks Advanced.

I’ve looked through settings and I’m not seeing anything regarding this issue.

I’ve also examined the camera itself and do not see any apparent damage or disconnect (I have not taken it apart)

I run in “Normal” mode most of the time.

Any input before I contact the dealership?

Have you mounted anything to the front bumper that would block it?

Didn't get a flash ice storm? Ice sleet slush will block cameras and sensors.

Mine flickers and cuts out, it has since i got it, and its been replaced

I’ve only had it for a few weeks and nothing mounted to block it.
I don’t recall noticing it when I purchased it as I’m brand new to anything Ford!

I live in GA and we haven’t had any of that type of weather

I had this happen after a software update.

Had this problem for 15 months since it was new, finally left it at the dealer for a week and it got fixed.

6 months since the fix and all good. I think the wire was replaced.

Mine does this occasionally, I get out and slap the front camera a couple times and it starts working again. I think it just wants attention.

@Ford responded and had me take it in to the dealer which I did. I'm still awaiting a call that the part came in. I took it in on May 2, and it is June 5, so I'm not sure what is going on and plan to call then tomorrow.

I tried this and it fixed it. Not really a high five but more like a gentle tap. It’s been working ever since. Hopefully it just keeps working.

So the connection to the camera is on the passenger side at the top of the grill. The brown connector, it also has a fluid line for spraying the lens.
