Outerbanks, MIC, 2.7, Sasquatch, Lux - anyone take delivery yet?

I have an Outerbanks, 4 door, MIC, 2.7, Sasquatch, Lux; ordered first day orders were available. I'm out of Southern California. I've only received the generic updates now and then. My dealer is no help until a VIN is assigned. My questions -

1. Anyone with the same build take delivery, when and what state?

I know it depends on more than this but this is the question I'd like answered for my own research.
