I see threads here with people asking about the prices of used Broncos, will it be a classic, etc. and yesterday I saw this.
Let's assume that this dealer can get his asking price in today's market. I first looked at an early Bronco as a daily driver vehicle in the early '90s and picked up a '75 Blazer. This Bronco probably would have been $5-6K then. So would someone looking to buy it as a classic car investment been better off buying it new in the early '70s or '90s or now? Would a classic car investor be better off just investing in long term CDs or a fund tied to the S&P 500?
My thoughts? Buy the Bronco you want and enjoy driving it.
The same questions can be asked about the SSR sitting next to the Bronco.
