Ok, I am guessing this will be a dumb question - but here goes. About 3 months ago I had my Wildtrak in the local Ford dealer with a reverse sensor error. They said it needed a new sensor. They ordered one, but said it needed to be painted. Several months later I am at the dealer to service another car we have and I ask about the sensor. The service advisor pulls it out and they have painted it white?
I am like really? All the bumpers are black. I was always in question that Ford would make a sensor that needed to be painted when all the bumpers are black? Just wanted to bounce it off folks here and see if I need to escalate it at the dealer. We are friends with the assistant service manager, but I hate going over peoples heads to resolve things.
