Rear defroster issues

Anyone had this happen? I am assuming it’s covered under warranty ,
other side is fine

I resoldered mine. Both of them ripped off within a year

What an absolutely lousy design..I bought the plastic covers hoping to avoid this thanks for all the input

The dealer warrantied ours then I bought the small stick on protectors from Amazon, they work great!
