This may be an ignorant question and I’m sure there are safety issues but I’m just thinking outside the box here..

Can anyone confirm if it would be possible to swap the rear seats from a 4-door with the rear seats from a 2-door?

Pretty sure the rear seats from a 4 door are wider than the rear seats from a 2 door.

Though after reading your post again, not sure if you mean put 2 door rear seats into a 4 door vehicle or vice versa?

Wonder if the bolts/holes are in different places for each version too.

Two different sets. 4 door seats 3. Maybe and it’s a big maybe but the 1 seater in the back row in the 4 door may be the same seat as the ones in the back of the 2 door.

I think the 4 door seats are too wide with the 2 door having cup holders. But I’m curious is anyone could provide measurements and anchor spacing.
