Rear Tire/Wheel Spacer for New Tire/Wheel

23’ Black Diamond came with 17” steel wheel and 265/70/17 tire. I believe the stock wheel has a +55mm offset.

Upgrading to a 17” MR318 wheel with a +25mm offset and 285/70/17 tires. Will this fit on the rear hatch mount or will I need a spacer so it doesn’t rub anything? I apologize if this has already been answered, I found conflicting answers and wanted something firm from someone. Thanks!!
