On my 2024 Bronco, the rear passenger side window doesn’t sit fully inside the top weather seal when I close the door. It looks slightly off until I roll the window down and back up again, then it seats properly.

It’s almost like the auto-index (the little drop and raise the window does when opening/closing the door) isn’t syncing right.

Has anyone had this happen or know if there’s a quick recalibration fix for it?

Lower the window holding the button down the whole time and keep pressing the button for about 5 seconds after it has completely lowered. Then raise the window, again holding the button the entire time after it as raised for about 5 seconds. I would repeat the process one more time.

That should reset the index.

It's literally the most common issue with the frameless doors/windows & the fix, as noted above is very simple.

Just wanted to add that, at least on my '21, while recalibration seems to correct it, any use of the remote/fob unlock+auto-down feature seems to totally F*** the calibration right back up again. Ive done this repeatedly back to back. Seems like something stupid happening in software with auto down (which I love but have stopped using)
