Replacement grills that are painted?

I know Ford made a big deal about changing out grills on Bronco, but has anyone offered replacement grills that are painted already?

I'd like to get a Wildtrack grill without the camera in shadow grey (i think that is what it called) and not in black.

Wwll just order one from Ford and have a paint shop paint it grey.
