Retrieve Missing Alert History from FordPass App?

I've not used my FordPass app for a while since I had trouble logging in after one of the previous updates. Now when I log in, I've noticed it's wiped the alert history. Does anyone still have their alert history or maybe know how to retrieve it? Currently it just says You Have No Records at This Time.

Same experience here. Recorded history (low washer fluid) disappeared after I recently updated to the latest FordPass in IOS.
