Roof Rack accessory cover screws

SO - I've decided to take off my roof and roof rack. The Bronco comes with the caps to cover the attachment point for the roof rack - but not the nuts necessary for the caps. Where can I find the size nut I need for this?

Hi - I have a question so with the factory roof rack where does ford place the accessory caps? Are they in the glove box? Also are they black or body colored?
