Mine's been fine. But root cause analysis sounds like my job LOL- might as well do a fish bone diagram, cause and effect matrix, etc. Too much of this over the years LOL in quality working for various medical manufacturing companies. Root cause could be anything- until you go through a formal root cause analysis and have real data you won't know. Ford should be doing this- maybe they already have.
