Hi!

I’m new to this, but am I putting the tent too far forward (less than half an inch from the fairing)? There’s a huge wind noise while driving on freeway. The tent is already hanging in the back. Thanks!!

There is going to be wind noise, especially when it is a soft enclosed tent. How far does it hang in the back?

The tent is hanging about 1 foot from the back of the rack. Will it be better if I push the tent back or find something to fill the gap between the tent and the rack?

Find the noise begins to increase above 65 mph, with it getting quite loud above 70 mph. Generally mount tent as far forward as rear brackets allow based on weight distribution, but my tent is much shorter than yours.
