I am in FL but the car is up North as of now. Will be bringing it down here. I am not there to get a picture of sticker and photo dealer sent is not high quality enough to send it.

I'd be asking $55k.

Black Diamond's are easier to find these days so you may have trouble just trying to break even on it, particularly if its a soft top (you don't call out MIC in your options list so guessing its soft top). Your sales tax & licensing on the vehicle is probably going to add more markup than people would have from just buying with a dealer with ADM on these. And with buying a used one there is more time/work/risk in getting the title. You may want to consider just passing it up if you don't want it.

Thanks for the input. It's a hard top. Not sure whether to take delivery.
