My badlands shipped today! Like others I have wore the trackers out and called ford so many times I almost know all Thier names I was part of the 2/28/2022 build week group and finally built on 03/18/2022. I checked the tracker about 2:00 pm today and it showed shipped. Called ford to verify and was told that indeed it shipped today and it was on the rail car and she said it was moving! I just need the rail car number now so I can track that. I originally ordered on 04/02/21 and that is approximately 382 days of waiting. I know that is not as long as some of the others on this forum and I am sorry but I am so very happy right now I can't explain it!

Just got done with chat and they gave me my railcar number. I don't know where to go from here.

You’re Norfolk southern despite what chat says. From the tracker page:
NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked

My ETA is 04/22/22 to 04/28/22......when I called Norfolk southern they said my bronco was on a flat car. Why would it not be in a car carrier?
