Big thanks you to Mert, Anthony and everyone else at Koons Ford Falls Church for making my Bronco purchase experience fantastic.
- Ordered in Feb with no deposit.
- They entertained me every time I came by to whine about how long it would take - which was almost weekly.
- They honored the MSRP at the time of order.
- Checked the system for every possible incentive.
- Took my lease off my hands for a very fair price.
- They beat my credit union financing.
- They had it ready on time.
- Did not drill my front tag holder.
- Gave me permanent tags instead of temp tags.
- Even had it hand washed instead of the machine.
