Curious if those of you who had you build delayed from MY21 to MY22 signed a new order summary. I have a signed build Sheet/ order summary with prices for the MY21 I originally ordered, but dealer said no need to sign anything new for the change. Thoughts? Should I demand it?

Order summary just confirms that your order was submitted properly with Ford. The dealer is supposed to have you sign the order summary to confirm that the order was submitted correctly... but whatever... it's not super critical.

THAT SAID, it makes zero guarantees in regards to price. The order summary lists the MSRP, but that is not the final sales price.

If you want to lock in a price you'll need to approach you dealer and have that conversation about what the final sales price will be. Typically it'll be cost of the vehicle, plus transit/delivery, plus dealer/DMV documentation fees, plus sales tax. Most dealers will draft a purchase agreement, and both parties will sign the agreement once price is agreed upon.
