SKU / Part # Hell: help confirming proper replacement part for right side rear view mirror

Hey y'all - need help confirming if I have the correct replacement part for my right side rear view mirror. Only need the mirrored piece itself, not the full assembly. I can't find the exact part number from original part anywhere but have found something close. Details below:

• 2022 Outer Banks, 4dr, 2.3L
• Blind spot - Yes
• Spot lamps (turn signals on rear views) - No
• Need Right Hand side (passenger)
• Broken part number (see image): M2DB-17K707-B / M2DB-17K707-E

The below options are compatible with my Bronco and the closest to what I need that I can find. BUT they are not the exact part number. The 4th character, B is Z everywhere I look online:

• Option 1
• Option 2

Thoughts on these options? Or thoughts on why the exact part number isn't available anywhere? Thanks in advance for your help!
