Slide Out Tailgate vs. Drawer

After all the controversy over the level / flat - not level / not flat rear interior, I’m going to propose another wrinkle. What’s going to be more practical - the slide out tailgate or a utility drawer? I like the fact that the tailgate was a direct copy from the original Bronco, but I might like space to put stuff more.

I'm just hoping they make something for the 2 door because it looks like the slide out option is only available on the 4 door and they don't even intend it being available until late 2021.

I like the drawer because you still have a broad flat space to stack stuff after you've filled the drawer.
