I'm interested in hearing (or reading) this discussion. I know there's a general rule (and maybe even a written forum rule) that anyone who talks about selling their rig for a profit draws some negative comments, but I'm not sure why. From what I can tell, everyone on here either has a reservation or made the choice not to place an order yet. I lucked out, got a relatively early build (it's finished awaiting transportation) but I also had to sacrifice dual tops, and I don't get the hookups for a hard top if I buy one later. And I wasn't thrilled about what I considered some dumb limitations on interior options on Ford's part that I'm hoping get resolved in later MY. Right now I expect to hang on to my Bronco for a long time and put a decent number of desert and a lot of road miles on it. But if I can make $20k on it and get an MY22 in 12 months that has some early production bugs ironed out, I'd have to at least consider the option.Indeed.
For discussion, would the reaction been different if the original owner sold it themselves for the same markup? Does the discussion then switch from “sneaky dealer” to sneaky owner? I don’t see it being any different, but I’m interested in hearing other opinions.
