Soft top left rail bent

So 4 door never had top off just opened can’t get to latch probably one inch from left side of windshield rail is bent at latch above rear door dealer and ford saying operator error one clip broken on left rear window engineer coming to look at Thursday this thing is harder to operate then my 2005 wrangler anyone else had this problem?

the rear clips is has a TSB on them with a rivet fix.

Nope never an issue the top operates easily. Pictures of what you think is bent would help. On both of our broncos we had to loosen and adjust the latches above the rear doors. Pull the rear covers and make sure the brackets are in the right place. (All the way down on pins).

So ford engineer came to dealer yesterday said they would cover the top dealer called today said ford called them and denied the claim this is some real bs shudda stuck with a Toyota
