Yes, you can turn that off with FORScan. Not sure if the changes are the same as it is for my truck, but I'm sure it's on the spreadsheet here.

Yes, in the wrench icon in FORScan, the script to reboot the GWM is there.

You're also on Sync 23159, but in your case, OTA 6.1.0 shows as installed as of yesterday. Not much else pending for you. The TCU update here is next one you'd need to come through before the next APIM update will be released which would get you to the latest Sync version.

This turned out to be much simpler. Figuring it might be something simpler, dug around and discovered it had lost my wifi and was off.....turned it back on, entered password, and suddenly could Auto Update!

Drove a half hour and when I restarted, got a new message about the update, which went away as I let off the brake....got home and it was updated!!!

Sweet! Just get a Ford Vlinker cable from amazon. It costs about $30 and FORScan is free for a 2 month license or $12 for a whole year. It's a very easy fix.
