Driving today down a construction zone on the interstate. I pass a Japanese SUV with a yakima cargo carrier on tip and two mountain bikes carried on the rear with out of State tags. All of a sudden he runs up next to me, right onto (as in tailgates) the bumper of the semi I'm passing, he then tucks in close behind me. I do not like hogging the left lane so I got over. He begins to pull up beside me but just stays in my blind spot on the left. I pull up a bit, look in my left hand mirror and all I see is his cell phone, up over the steering wheel... he was filming my Bronco while driving. Which sort of made me mad since his friend was in the passenger seat. Give the phone to your friend, grrr. Construction zone. . Hello.
