That looks like my 76 cj5. Same dimensions too
Thats cause it is a cj. Mahindra had a contract with willys to make the old cjs for india, so its literally evolved from jeep blueprints. I think the legal trouble with jeep recently is pretty much only because they brought it to the US.

Another fun fact most don't know, is that Jeeps used to be made in Japan, by Mitsubishi, under contract from Willys USA.
