Steering wheel clock spring broken

That doesn’t look good. Looks like they chewed up the spring coating a bit too.

OP, what was your outcome for the clock spring? I installed a rough country 2.5 in SAS lift over the weekend. I was unaware of the damage that could occur when unbolting the intermediate steering shaft; apparently, the steering column can over-rotate and break the clock spring. Curious to hear what happened with your clock spring. Thanks!
