Probably close to or under sticker.
I’ll guess the latter.
I mean there’s 7 on auto trader within 100 miles of me, so it’s not like they’re difficult to get.

I just never understood dealers trying to auction off special editions that are built at the factory that way, the first year they came out. They've been doing it here and there my entire life, and sometimes they manage to generate enough hype to drive the price up...but usually not. The only times I've seen it drive the price up has been on things like Z06 Corvettes and higher-end sports cars...never on what amounts to the same thing as our BD SAS 2-door with a flashy paint job and higher sticker price.

My guess is it'll be somewhere around $10k or more under sticker, because the sticker price on the Stroppe doesn't make sense. It has about $4k more in options than our 2-door BD SAS because it has the Lux package, and it has a flashy paint job. Otherwise it is basically the same truck.

I agree with you on what the price SHOULD be.... but you are underestimating the stupidity of people out there. This one could easily go 6 figures and still think they got a great deal. There's a lot of people out there with money to burn.

FWIW David McDavid Ford is showing four Stroppes in stock on their website at the moment at MSRP. No employee discount. They have a 2025 Raptor showing employee discount. I assume the loophole is special editions don’t get employee pricing? I didn’t bother to look it up as I’m not in the market anyway. IMO the Stroppe is like wearing this shirt.

One can agree/disagree on the fair market value. I don't think a single data point on BaT will determine the FMV.

What people shouldn't try and equivocate what the Stroppe is compared to their own Bronco. There is no 2-dr HOSS 3.0 Sasquatch 2.7L Bronco with front stabilizer bar disconnect built before.

Dealer owned auction on a truck that's not hard to find below sticker, this should end well. I'm sure the reserve is at least sticker and I imagine they're nostalgic for the days of $10-20k markups or it would have already been sold.

Don't underestimate BaT buyers though, I've seen common items sell for way more than I think something is worth or would pay but it has seemed that paying over sticker on new Broncos fell off a couple of years ago once they started filling the dealer lots.
