Hood is a wrap, white underneath.
Tailgate is painted.

So if you wrapped in a blue that matches the hard top, you would only have to wrap the fenders and doors. Surely that wouldn't cost as much as doing the entire vehicle...

To turn the whole vehicle blue?

That would look odd keeping the black wrap on the hood and black paint on the gate, while also keeping the windshield frame white along with the grill.

Hey all,

Just a note to say I was looking at the 2025 2 door Stroppe again and a dealer near me still had two on the lot. When I checked the website for the dealer they had them priced down from the 78k+ sticker to $64,999 and when I went in they said "yep, we are pricing them to move". I ended up driving both, and buying one, trading in my 7 month old Heritage Limited. I was able to do this as when I bought the Heritage it was $15k off so I lost about $3k on the trade but with the deep discount on the Stroppe I had to do it. What is interesting is I now have a lower interest rate at 4.9 and my payment is $150 less (put some money down as well).

As for differences, there are a couple I noticed instantly from the 24 HLE. First, the Stroppe was instantly getting much better gas mileage. My HLE was getting between 16.8 and 18 but this Stroppe gave me 24.3 MPG on the highway when I drove it home, then dropped to 21 on the normal roads. The Stroppe drives much smoother due to the Hoss 3.0 so no more jolts or hard bumps. The big one? My HLE had the horrendous wind noise in the back area. You know, when you drive you hear wind blowing in the back? Was like this on every Bronco I have driven from 2021 to 2024. The 25 Stroppe? Wow, so much quieter and I would say 85% quieter in the wind noise dept when driving vs the HLE.

ALso, in person the Stroppe, at least IMO, looks so much nicer than in photos or YouTube. Even my wife was surprised at the looks when I pulled in as she was not the biggest fan of the paints scheme. When she saw it in the flesh she fell in love with it.

The Stroppe also, for some reason, feels lighter when driving. The upgrades I received are worth it for me. Smoother ride, much quieter inside and a more aggressive look. I also like the dark interior with the code orange stitching. Oh, thew new dash digital cluster display is different for sure and I do like it but also like the old style as well.

Anyway, just a post to say that dealers are deeply discounting the Stroppe now and I was able to get mine for LESS than what a fully loaded wildtrak would have costed a couple years ago but I have the sway bar disconnect as well Some hate the look of the Stroppe but I like it and feel it has a classic vibe. I also loved the HLE style but after Ford made a ton off REB in the standard Heritage I was seeing them everywhere. This Stroppe will stay with me for the long haul and will buy a Granger warranty for it next week. It's a keeper and the finest driving 2 door I have driven so far. I called on one other one before this one that was advertised at $63k, new on lot. It sold quickly so I missed out on that deal.

We bought ours right; traded the Wildtrax that the wife absolutely loved. But when she saw the Stroppe in person, new love was found. Agree with all your comments and the garage door opener is an appreciated creator comfort. Now if Ford would just get rid of the LOUD seat belt alert…

I like them, even the blasphemous 4 DR, just wish they offered the M/T in it….
@Blackcat Yes!!
Without the MT, I have no interest in the Stroppe.
BUT, if the it came with the MT (even a 2.3 - which has plenty of power for me), I would buy one.

Priced to move because it kind of fell on its face. Would have had a shot if they put in the 3.0 and fox live valve, also it would have been a better tribute to the Baja racing champion. Otherwise you're only paying for a paint scheme and not everyone is about paying up for cosmetics... IMO.

So cosmetics like last 2d V6 Bronco and only 2d V6 for 2025? LOL.

yet that is one of the key things that Bill Stroppe did to the baja broncos, equip them with automatic transmissions years before Ford offered them. 60+ years ago, the smart kids figured out that automatics were better for the application.

Yup, I understand that, and I do like the cool looking Stroppe paint scheme.
I was simply expressing my preference for an MT because I enjoy the interaction I get from the truck I am driving today, as I have on more than 80% of the cars I've owned.
However, if this had been about authenticity, then Ford should have equipped the 2025 Stroppe with a 5 liter V8 engine.
Therefore, I own a Heritage and not a Stroppe.
