MY2023, 2.7 with 32k on the clock.
During oil change inspection, tech discovered the timing cover is leaking and also the front pinion seal is leaking. Damn and shit! All is covered by factory warranty. She goes under the knife on 01-OCT-2025.
Curious how the timing cover leak will be fixed. Will they pull the engine?

I'm so pissed right now.

Not sure that is the right reaction. I'd be grateful that it was discovered while under warranty.

It's unfortunate but it will be taken care of in due time.

UPR Vented oil cap prevent some crankcase pressure I believe put one on 2.3 Mustang after I noticed weeping on front seal. Not sure if 2.7 is same...

Following up on this thread…
Got the Bronco back today. Turns out there was NO timing cover leak. The die test showed a crankshaft seal leak - fixed

Front pinion seal fixed.

Also, SSM 53981 was done - no more window rattle.

Lastly, they did the Bilstein recall - I got silicone and a strap - lol

Side note, the loaner vehicle was MY26 Escape with AWD. Window sticker 36k. My money is better spent on the Toyota or Honda or Mazda equivalent.
