I went pretty dark too ,maybe too much i don't drive much at night but if you do be careful .
At intersections ,crosswalks look for pedestrians,critters ect. I don't think I would go that dark on the fronts again, in the day light its nice to have.

So looks like you can go up to 30% in NYS for windshield and front windows.

NY only allows 70% your “clear” glass is already 70% so NY does not allow tint at all.

I think it looks great, although I wouldn’t personally do the windshield. I had mine done to match the back windows, huge difference in the heat coming in the windows, almost totally eliminated. Worth it.
