So I took off my front panels today and stored them in the storage bag in the trunk. When I put them back up, I noticed this completely torn rubber side. What can I do to get this fixed?

I was able to locate the part number for the rubber seal, runs about $90-120. Hopefully the dealer will cover it, but if not at least it isn’t the most painful repair. I guess I’ll just have to be more careful getting them in and out of the storage bag 
That doesn't look like something that would tear from just taking off the panel. I would absolutely try to get that fixed under warranty.

That was my initial thought, but it’s extremely flimsy and thin. It doesn’t feel like it would take much of a snag to break it off. I took the panels off of my old Wrangler hundreds of times without a single issue. Hopefully it was just a fluke, because I couldn’t find any other reports of this specific issue.

Is this the seal that is under the removable front hard top?

It’s part of the removable hard top.
Here's my weather stripping/MIC top on my 2022 OBX 4 Door with 8,000 miles. Front panels have been off once and the rest of the top has never been touched...
I unfortunately figured this out by looking at part diagrams because 2 dealers refused to replace the seal on both the removable hardtop and the seal on the 2 Door rear hardtop. They said it was "normal" to have a gap between the removable hardtop and rear hardtop. I say not because I'm having an excessive amount of wind noise and light come in through the gap smh.
