I like that spare tire relocation. It's much more practical for towing, and it looks like the bumper is carrying the weight, not the door.You could also use a different spare tire relo bracket and mount it offset (ie shifted to the passenger side) and that would open up center clearance for a higher hitch mount setting.
Unrelated note - secure that leveler jack handle up parallel, they tend to catch things and go “snap” hanging down like that, especially on steep driveways and trails.

The picture is a few months old. I have swapped those handles for a modified bolt with a 3/4" head so I can use my drill to run the jacks up and down. Nothing left to drop down, but thanks for the heads up.
