@Underground Graphics, we wanna make a post about one of the most retro/vintage graphic kit that have been re-created. Inspired from the late 1970’s Bronco graphics, we used several renditions and spent countless hours coming up with our modern version. This kit isn’t for all, as it is a lot, It’s bright, and it’s quite a bit of material.

Ford Bronco UG Ford Bronco RETRO FADE Graphics Kit 70s-80s

1977-1981 Ford Bronco "FREE WHEELING"
Offering a blacked-out grille, custom interior, “trick wheels,” and very often some distinctive, bright “rainbow” pinstriping (typically contrasted against black exterior paint), Ford’s Free Wheeling trucks were a sleek series of cosmetically enhanced vehicles with lots of ‘70s style.

Ford Bronco UG Ford Bronco RETRO FADE Graphics Kit 1979-bronco-free-wheelin-and-lineu

The Free Wheeling (or sometimes “Free Wheelin”) package was a unique and relatively rare limited edition run. Available on the F-100, F-150, Bronco, Econoline van, and Courier, a variety of those packages were available for a five-year stretch that began in the late ‘70s. And they certainly look the part.

Let's us know what do you think?

Luis 😎

You Asked….
Keep it on the 70s bronco!
It looks too much like a station wagon from the 70s with on the newer one.
Somethings work, some things don’t. JMO.

When @Ford Motor Company did it with the Bronco Sport recently... It's a yes. On the big boy, not sure yet... Some have done it as stripes...

You got anything that would work with EG? Sample pics?

I wish it worked but there is no substitute for real paint 🎨 and pinstriping, the stickers are too obvious. Glad to see you trying though!

looks promising. would need some sort of renderer to see what the combos look like. Agree with above, red looks great on black, definitely better than on the gray.

Agree it looks station wagon-y. The 2nd gen Bronco looks good to me for two reasons. The black base paint and that it has some angles and looks like it’s in motion. The 6G is too blocky to pull it off IMO. The black 6G does look best of the three options.

It looks pretty terrible on the cactus grey. It looks like a Halloween outfit on the black, which might be fine.

It's a fun idea, but it's not for me.

Apologies for the bluntness.

I kind of like it. Send me a fire kit and I will install it on my red outer banks and take pics. I agree I think you need a red base for the fire and blue for the ice.

Perhaps a 2 door version could pull this off better. Great to see the effort and the idea come to life. But me personally I think the 4 door is too much broken up real estate for that look.
