Certainly, there must be a way for the @Administrator to make a change via backdoor changes in the database. They may never had seen your request from last year. Making the change is preferable than a user creating another account whenever they would like to change their handle.Nope... Here we is

It's always human obstacles holding tech power back seems like the AI hype is way overdone when can't even get a user name changes with one click.
Recently had to change from SAAS Japan servers to USA, was literally a three click 5 second execution, took 4 months, an email to the Chairman after folks couldn't handle it in first 30 days, then a team of twelve people 3 months LOL.....made in America SAAS.
Too many MBAs I guess haha.
