I just changed my dealer From Peoria Ford to Team Ford Lincoln! Ford marketing informed me you can only change the dealer location once through them but you can call any dealer direct and they have the ability to change it at any time.

Yah they reached out via email and asked if there was a sales person I wanted to deal with. I never dealt with them so I told them no. Everyone else is getting cool stickers and a brochure. Where is our brochure at? But thanks for the input. Gives me a bit more confidence. I asked if they'd have any dealer mark ups and they told me that there won't be. That's a relief.

I just got an email response from George at Gaudin regarding discounts, etc.... His response was:

"

Hello Mike,

All nos , doc fees are $499 and dmv $29.95
"

no discounts
no add ons
no X-Plan

I'll be moving my reservation elsewhere.
Well crap. If they aren't doing x-plan, I'll be changing dealers too.

When my wife and I were looking for her Ford Edge I got a bright idea to try Gaudin. I dealt with George, I left and called my salesman at Team and glad I did. I have given them 3 tries now and do not think I will ever be back. For anyone that wants to know, Friendly Ford is owned by the dad of the guy that owns Team. Gaudin is owned by the same people that own Ford Country.

Wait! The dealers have contacted you guys? I got my reservation confirmation from Ford, but I haven't heard shit from the dealer (Gaudin).
Team Ford Lincoln is top notch!! I'd say with in 30 minutes I had a call from the dealer discussing my reservation. I informed them that I did a dealer change and i selected them because of other people on this forum. I asked them regarding the X-plan they said they will use any Ford promo plan available at that time to get me the best pricing. Plus they guaranteed me no dealer markup and MSRP plus any discounts available at that time.

Mario3214 said he liked his salesman and I also requested him. He called and texted me with in a few hours of the change he sounds very proactive!

Currently I have mine reserved in Peoria Ford in phoenix I have purchased 2, f150 through them and went back for the Bronco. The sales guy didn't like that I was an out of state order and pretty much blew me off! I will now be changing my dealer I also like AZ because they give you a 3 month registration slip it gives me time to save up for registration fees. I don't like paying the down, 1st months payment and registration all in 1 month.
Sanderson has no problem with out of state orders. When I bought a Raptor back in 18, my salesman showed me a Navigator that was going to a customer in Texas. He wanted a lot of custom options that brought the price of the vehicle to $125k.

Yes, the $100 (refundable) holds a position as a Reservation.

The $2,000 is for the actual order and build, I understand the confusion as the program changes it seems by the week.

At this point there is no X Plan as well as employee pricing. There are no Firm pricing that this time as well. Prices are subject to change along the way.

They are going to be popular, I’m hoping that I can acquire one, but unless I get in line with a reservation, it will be 2022 before they are on the lot and not pre-sold.

That reservation is refundable, so it puts you in a position should you decide to continue with a purchase, I do believe the reservation will be sold out.

Well crap, I reserved a 4 door Wildtrak at Gaudin last week. Haven't heard anything from then yet, but now I am not sure if I should change dealers. I wasn't going to be using x-plan pricing, so that doesn't matter. I wonder if that $2000 deposit is refundable, my guess would be no.

My buddy is purchasing manager at my company and we buy tons of trucks from Gaudin Ford. I asked him to check with his contact and was told Gaudin WILL be offering X-plan on the Bronco. My biggest issue with Gaudin has been the lack of communication. I made my reservation on 7/16. I had not been contacted by them at all. I saw on this thread that others were almost immediately contacted by their dealers. I tried calling Gaudin and was told someone would contact me. They still have not.

I started looking at the Team Ford website to get a contact number and one of those 'may I help you' chat bubbles popped up, I replied that I had Bronco questions. Within 5 minutes, someone from Team called me and answered all my questions. Since then I've gotten two emails from them asking if they can help and letting me know they will keep me updated on changes.

Still nothing from Gaudin, and I purchased my current car from them and have used them for nearly all my service work. Even though I'm not the biggest spender, I expected a little more effort on their part for a repeat customer. If there isn't a significant change from them, I will be switching my reservation to Team and they'll get all my business from then on.
