Vehicle tracker not working post “built”

I was able to track my vehicle up until I got the email that said it was built but I can no longer track now. Is this normal?

Happened to me. Mods popped the day after being built, very next day mods disappeared for a couple days. Came back yesterday and dealer called this morning saying it was delivered. Tracker caught up shortly after.

Either try a different browser or clear your history. Mine stopped working too so I loaded MS edge and it worked fine. My usual browser is Firefox it stopped working there after built email. Just weird. I never ever and I mean never google.
