I’m so glad I found this thread!!! I ordered a Velocity Blue OBX 4DR. Does Bayonne have pics of a OBX at all in this color ? All I can find are computer images

I had an 4 door OBX ordered in Cactus Gray, after taking a look at a few sports and rangers in CG decided it wasn't the color for me. CG is a bit different but it's not the Flat Gray that all other brands are selling so many of these days. Velocity Blue is just sharp looking and does stand out, so I made the switch. VB all the way.

Ordered 4dr vb bd. 8/2 week now. Interior blue accents work well with this. Thinking about color matching black steelies centers or maybe rim instead, (not whole wheel). Can't decide, wish I could see some done that way.

I'm a holdout for the white modular top, no compromises for $60K. I thought about getting the MIC top and wrapping it but as expected several early reports talk about the noise level of the MIC top. The modular top is a thicker, multi-ply construction that will help with the noise level. I'm fine with the wait, more time to refine early issues with the design, first year model and all.

If the new MY23 / MY24 4Runner impresses it may be hard to decide.

Same. I love that gloss gray but I just don’t know how I feel about CG. I just emailed my dealer contact to update my order. VB is just so pretty, you can’t go wrong. I love the blue accenting on the brown interior that will match nicely too.

My 2020 Raptor was Velocity Blue, not my first choice, but I loved it. I initially ordered a VB Black Diamond, then the day I changed to a Badlands I saw a dirty VB Raptor and a CG ranger at the same light. The VB didn’t look sharp that day so I went CG instead. Still debating.

Thanks for posting! Been wondering what MIC top on a VB OBX looked like. Mod top is first choice and this helps for deciding to wait til MY23 or not.

Oh, yes I was so wrong! The red headed step child 2-door Bronco placed in the serene setting of a metal shed backdrop is a much better photo. Just needs a bee hive grille, coma inducing black interior and spiffy orange accents to spruce it up. I'll try better next time.

I think the the 4 door is the red headed step child as that’s the new thing for the first time. 2 door=heritage

This was going to be my build w/bigger tires until I said screw it and went Sasquatch. Beautiful!
