Mmmm just to clarify... cause I'm not exactly sure where you plugged in now.

The signal going into the factory amplifier is a low-level signal. The signal coming out of the factory amp and into the factory sub is a high-level signal.
So if I remove my non B&O sub amp from the factory enclosure and replace it with the Kicker 500.1, the signal input is LOW level from the factory harness and not high level. Does that sound correct?
Thanks!

Your situation is completely different since you have a 2025.

For 2025 Broncos, the subwoofer amplifier is fed via a digital audio signal over a protocol called "A2B". It's not your traditional analog audio signal like it was previous years.

So if you want to replace your factory sub amp, you have to replace it with an A2B interface that is capable of taking that digital signal and converting it to analog. To my knowledge none exist for the new A2B chips installed in the 2025 Bronco.

The best you can do right now is use the factory amplifier as the interface and take the high-level output from the factory amp and put it into your 500.1.

Good grief! Ok I'll pull it from the factory amplifier using a PnP harness probably. Thank you !

Oh wow didn’t know they had updated the standard 7 speaker system too. I guess that means for now everyone will be running a high level signal from the kick panel/front channel input.
