This may be a bit too obscure of an idea for production finishes but it would be neat to see a matte finish option. Whether it's a matte clear coat over a gloss or just a solid matte. With the rise in popularity of plasti-dip, there may be incentive to test the market.

Note on the above reply, obviously matte anything is not a Ford finish (that I'm aware of), but is be happy for Ford to add to its palate.

As mentioned earlier, I think - some kind of nod to the Baja bronco would be something I'd consider. As for a more "modern" color, maybe the autumn orange the late Cougars had.

I'm in for a nice orange like Orange Fury offered on the Mustangs. And, a metallic blue in the range of the Blue Flame that was offered around 2011 2012. Also a nice pastel color, tan or gray would be in my sights also. As far as interior I'm with the others. For the love of God something besides black, please. A nice red that would accent the whites, silvers, grays, and black paint would be very good in my humble opinion.

I get the desire to move away from black, I'm just not sure of an ideal alternative for me. I would prefer whatever doesn't show wear or dirt as well and that tends to be black for me. If I had it my way, I'd just have WeatherTech mfg the Bronco soft goods for some kind of high wear tolerance/low maintenance option. Not anything like polycarbonate seats or anything :) but something that's more wear/weather resistant which unfortunately may be a bit bland on color options.

The two tone trim idea that's already been mentioned, I like. I think a black base interior with contrasting color trim would be a nice subtle touch that would break up the cheaper looking monotone interior.

If 2 tone options are offered, I could see myself buying Orange Fury with a white roof. If not, then some form of green, either Dark Highland Green from the Bullitt or a more mild green like Silver Spruce or Guard

Some type of tan or beige or lighter brown interior for this hot Texas summer...
This combo together would be ideal for me, dark highland green and tan/beige interior. Or Grabber Blue.

That would certainly be an interesting option. Pair that with aluminum bodies and the 6G Bronco would last a long time.
Frick yeah! Imagine Rhino lined in bumpy matte white with brushed charcoal trim pieces! Yums!
