Had to stop with the alcohol these days cause noticed that it really makes my tinnitus much worse. Last week used Staten Island audiological services and they confirmed that too. Stress, alcohol, dehydration - all those things should be avoided for those who suffer tinnitus. I guess i need to adjust for this new reality.
