Whining noise 2.7L

I’ve had my Bronco for about 3 weeks and haven’t noticed any kinks until today. Driving home I noticed a whining noise, popped the hood and it was a little more apparent. Any one else experience this?

Does the whining noise seem to spin faster but not louder? All out ecoboost vehicles have made that sound and it is normal.

It definitely changes in sound when I press the gas. I guess not really louder but faster. I’ve seen one other post a video on here and it’s the same sound however theirs has made it since day one and today is the first day I’ve noticed it after 3 weeks.

I listen for mine on the drive back. It does have two turbos…could you be hearing that?

I thought that at first but the fact it does it in park I don’t think it’s that.

Normal on these 2.7/10 spds. I've noticed it in some Bronco YouTube videos, and we have two '22 F150s at work that both do it. It's louder in my Bronco than the F150s. Idk why more people don't talk about it. It's pretty obnoxious, particularly at drive-through windows. Here's a video of mine for comparison. I'm confident it's not the turbos, I've owned quite a few turbo cars and they don't do it, and the old twin turbo 3.5/6 spd trucks don't do it.

While I love my Broncy Bronc Bronco this is something worth noting that I’m sure all potential owners would like to be more aware of. I’ve read as much as I can and from all I can read, it’s normal. Still weird. Whining like a manual barely makes sense to me. I guess I remember a family member with a 1988 Ranger that whined, that was in the 2006 though so it was expected. It’s still peculiar to me that it didn’t do it from the gate and started around 765 miles.
