Who else besides your dealer can track a production week with a VIN/order number

I have my VINs and order numbers, but just the emails. I can't tell if anything has changed- Isn't the 800 number not giving this info out anymore?

You can track your own order on Ford's website here.

If you want more detailed information, you need to check Ford's ordering system and/or pull a Vehicle Visibility Report... both of which your dealer can do for you. It's not something customers can access themselves.

I don't know of an 800-number that retail customers can use. There is a number for Fleet customers, but you need a FIN in order to access that system.

Very friendly and pleasant experience....except my WildTrak apparently needs an update and is delayed for an unknow time. But they are supposed to email me when they get a new ETA request
