Why can’t I see my tracking info ??

It started on Friday, I can not track my truck anymore. On the Ford app when I fill in my VIN and Order# it stays on that page, when i do it on the Tracker here it says can not track that VIN. It went into production on 12/7….. does anyone have any info on this???

The website seems to be having a lot of issues lately. Same thing keeps happening to me.

I would venture to say its due to the 2021/2022 MY changeover that was sheduled for this week. The main site still shows a 2021 Bronco Order link, and the computer generated images inside your Ford account for 2022 Broncos have vanished.

I'm starting to suspect that Ford may not have worked out all the bugs before they launched the Bronco. (Maybe it's just me.)

Been having the same issue for about a week. Tried multiple devices, browsers, and methods of connection. Assuming it's on their end.

I read on another group that it’s what they call a “balance out”. Apparently it happens as they are changing over to a new model year. The guy who posted said he was a 25 year ford employee and this was normal. Just passing it on- don’t know how much is true or not.
