If you have a VIN you have to use the order code from your build sheet with the VIN. it is 3 numbers and 1 letter on mine.

Just worked for me. First time in days.

I just tried it. Shows my confirmed order but no build date. It has my VIN though. I’m a 2/7 build date.

Try a different browser. Mine wouldn't work with Brave, so i switched to Chrome and have had no problems. Also, the order number to use is the 4-digit order# in the upper right corner of your DORA.
