Windows indexing

So not sure if I'm crazy but, last winter I had a lot of problems with the windows indexing (not dropping or dropping then not going back up) and I had to do the reset constantly. Then from May till October did not have this issue once. Two weeks ago the issues started again, significance, it got cold around here, Temps in the 30’s. We have had light frosts but nothing heavy, is it possible that cold weather is causing this?? Wondering if anybody else has experienced this.

yes. Shortly after I got my 2 door in March 2022, I had to reset the Driver side window and it worked fine until about this September. Then stopped indexing correctly. I would reset and that would work for a day or two and then stopped working. I unplugged and replugged the two harnesses into the driver side door module (above the dead pedal) and unhooked the battery terminal. Everything reset correctly but then it started forgetting the indexing again after a day or two. Took it into dealer 2 weeks ago, explained everything and emphasized that the reset procedure only works for a day or two. They uploaded some unspecified new software to the door module. That worked for a couple of days but now we are back to the window not lowering and raising correctly. My suspicion is that something is wrong with the memory in the door module. I am going to get it back to dealer and see if they will replace that part. If anyone else has suggestions, please let me know.
