Wire Harness and Outer Park Sensor

[Race Red Badlands]

I was in an accident the beginning on January, and my Bronco has been at my local Ford since then. They were originally expecting it to be ready by today, but there’s two parts that are still out of stock:

“Wire harness w/o frt park aid” (M2DZ15K867J) and an Outer Parking Sensor.

Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find these parts?
