It looks like the OEM and these are made by the same company. I have one installed on my Bronco and it’s perfectly fine
Appreciate the reassurance. Was there any capacity (dynamic/static loads) included with the rack?

No they weren't. I would think that the rating would be the same as the OEM one. You can probably reach out to them directly

According to the video review, the front t tops will not come off with this rack? Can you confirm that, because I thought the Oem roof rack would allow the front t tops would come off?

The front top panels will come off with the factory rack. There is a simple trick to it. There is a video here and/or on youtube on how to do it.

I think what we’re learning is that the broaddict brand isn’t well regarded on B6G for good reason, and even though their racks look like OEM, stheyre not exactly the same (different hardware, lower clearance prohibiting top panel removal). Deal breakers for me. It’s a pretty penny but the more I look into budget options like Broaddict and HookeRoad, the more the Trailrax seems like a value.
