Would like to make my SAS bronco a faux raptor. Anyone know if switching out the fairs is very complicated?

I doubt it's that simple. You would need the entire fender at least.
Also just my opinion, but the fenders are the worst part of the BRaptor.

I have the four fenders that I've been thinking abut selling.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you how complicated the process would be to actually swap them over. I had a buddy that does paint work, but he's way too busy to get to them and I've grown to like my BD as it sits so I'm not going to use them.
I could snap a few pics if you have any interest.

Sorry, I didn't mean it like that. I may need a set of Raptor fenders, so was just clarifying. I was the one who derailed it! Shoot me a DM if you decide to sell them, please.
