I just sold one to a member here close to me. He needed one with holes, I had one without. He picked it up, and sent me a photo two days later with the bumper and sensors installed. Don't limit your search, it can be drilled. Attached is the pic he sent me after install.

Did you ever find your modular bumper? I just installed a third party bumper and have a modular bumper with the holes for the sensors for a reasonable price. It's clearly too heavy to ship and I live in Northern Illinois.
